Our specials change frequently. Visits to our butcher, produce suppliers, and mom's dog-eared recipe cards inspire the kitchen every week. Then there's the wine: as the menu materializes, I browse the cellar, and look out the window, to choose a special wine to open for the evening that compliments the food and nods to the weather.
